The Opportunity Project is seeking passionate individuals who are interested in contributing their time to growing and expanding our vision. TOP is a unique youth-led organization focused on developing opportunities for youth and connecting them to those that already exist. Like any project, it can’t grow without a great team behind it.
While we are accepting applications from anyone in the public we are prioritizing applications from individuals between the ages of 18-29 to ensure we continue to fit the definition of youth-led.
What are you
looking for in a board member?

Be at least 18 years of age

Passionate about issues that affect youth

Display a willingness to contribute to and expanding the vision of TOP

Able to contribute a minimum of 3 hours a month

Provide a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check

What's Involved?

Attend monthly board meetings (virtually or in person)

Work with other board members on a regular basis on projects that fit your interests

Bring ideas to the organization for new programs/projects

Assist with fundraising initiatives and events

Represent TOP at community events/meetings
